A yummy, quick and easy baked dessert!
Ingredients
- 8 Flinchbaugh's fresh peaches, cut into quarters
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 12 oz. Moutain Dew
- 2 pks Cresent rolls
Instructions
- Separate crescent rolls into a 13x9" pan
- Using the large open end of the crescent roll, wrap a ¼ of a peach into each
- Arrange in roasting pan (not cookie sheet)
- Mix sugar and cinnamon together in small bowl
- Sprinkle sugar mixture over top of the peaches
- Pour Mountain Dew over peach enchiladas
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
