A Flinchbaugh family favorite!
Ingredients
- Prepared 9' unbaked pastry shell
- ¾ c. sugar
- ¼ c. flour
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. nutmeg
- 2 c. peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1 c. heavy cream
Instructions
- Prepare pastry shell using your own recipe
- Combine sugar, flour, salt, nutmeg
- Add peaches and toss lightly
- Turn into pastry shell
- Pour heavy cream over top
- Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes
- Cool well before serving
