Peach Cheese Dessert

- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 6 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 8 oz. pkg of low fat cream cheese
- 1 3 oz. pkg of peach Jello
- 3 c. of fresh sliced peaches (or 1-15oz can of peaches), chopped
- 1 8 oz. tub of Cool Whip
- Mix graham crumbs, margarine, and ΒΌ cup sugar
- Press into bottom of 13x9 pan
- Refrigerate while preparing the filling
- Beat softened cream cheese and remaining sugar with mixer until blended
- Add dry peach jello and mix well
- Stir in peaches and cool whip
- Spoon over crust and cover
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours
