Ingredients
- 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
- ¼ c. water
- ¼ c. of cooking oil
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- ½ tsp. garlic salt
- 4 lbs. zucchini, sliced
- 1 lb. mozzarella, sliced/shredded
Instructions
- Mix tomato paste with all ingredients except squash and cheese
- Place a layer of squash in large greased casserole then cover with tomato mixture
- Top with cheese
- Repeat layers using all ingredients
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour
