Try it on toast or scones.
Ingredients
- 3 c. peaches (mashed)
- 1 c. crushed pineapple (with juice)
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 5 c. sugar
- 1 box Sure Jell
Instructions
- Mix peaches, pineapple, lemon juice and Sure Jell together in a large kettle
- Bring to a boil; add sugar
- Bring to a full rolling boil, cook for 1 minute
- Pour into hot, sterilized jars and seal
