What's better than Peaches and Cream?
Ingredients
- Batter
- ¾ c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 small box regular pudding (must be cook, not instant)
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- ½ c. milk
- Topping
- 4 Tbsp. reserved peach juice
- 4 fresh peaches (or 29 oz can)
- 1 - 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
- ½ c. sugar
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
Instructions
- Batter
- Combine ingredients and mix well for two minutes
- Pour into 10" pie pan
- Topping
- Arrange peaches on batter
- Combine juice, cream cheese and ½ cup sugar, mix 2 minutes on medium speed
- Pour over peaches
- Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over top
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes
