Traditional fall treat! Get a fresh pumpkin at Flinchbaugh's Orchard and Farm Market.
Ingredients
- Bars
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. fresh pumpkin
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- ½ tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- ½ c. nuts
- Icing
- 3 oz. softened cream cheese
- 6 Tbsp. Margarine/Butter
- ¾ lb. 10X sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. milk
Instructions
- Bars
- Mix all ingredients and place in cookie sheet with sides or jelly pan
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
- Icing
- Combine all ingredients until smooth
- Spread on cooled bars
Notes
Keep bars refrigerated.
